I – GENERAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS

  1. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing and using this website or any part of it or any service available through the “grand” website (www.grand.me), you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below, and in this sense, the Agreement will be considered signed. This Agreement is made between the Grand Travel Agency LLC and the user.

II – DEFINITIONS

  1. In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms mean:

  3. “Web shop” refers to the website: grand.me
  4. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes and amendments to the terms will be posted online on the web shop: grand.me. You, as the user, can cancel this Agreement via a written document (by mail or email to grand@grand.me) if you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions we offer. However, continued use of the service or website will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

III – WEBSITE AND SERVICES

  1. Application of terms: The use of services and the website is in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
  2. Age: To use the web shop and/or service (whether with or without registration), you must be 18 years or older.
  3. Location of use: The web shop and online shopping service are directed at those who have accessed our web shop in Montenegro.
  4. Equipment and connection: To use the website and/or services, you need to provide computer equipment and an internet connection. We are not responsible for telecommunications costs or other costs that may arise from using our web shop.
  5. Registration: You can use our web shop without registration.

IV – GENERAL RULES FOR USING THE “Grand.me” SERVICES AND WEBSITE

  1. We do not guarantee that the web shop will operate error-free and do not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions. In case of an error in the service, the error should be reported via email to: grand@grand.me.
  2. We do not guarantee that your use of the services or web shop will be uninterrupted and that all information you receive through the service or on the web shop will always be timely, accurate, and reliable.
  3. We have taken all technical measures to ensure you can safely visit the Grand web shop, but we do not guarantee that using our services or web shop will not infect your computer with a virus or cause any other undesirable effects caused by computer technology.
  4. We have taken all technical actions and measures to ensure the service operates smoothly, but we do not guarantee that access to the service and/or web shop will not have interruptions, and therefore our service may be suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
  5. We reserve the right to change, replace, suspend, or remove any information or services on the web shop without notice. Your access to the web shop and/or services may also be occasionally restricted due to maintenance, service upgrades, or the introduction of new content or services. Such interruptions will last as short as possible.
  6. We do not assume any responsibility for the content or services of any other website or service and/or content linked to the web shop or service.
  7. We do not assume any responsibility for the functionality of your web browser.
  8. We reserve the right to block access and/or edit or remove any material that violates any clause of this Agreement or the business interest of any associate, supplier, or advertiser.

V – VIOLATION OF RULES

  1. If you or someone else, with your permission, use the web shop or service contrary to this Agreement, we may suspend the use of some service and/or the web shop (in whole or in part).
  2. If we suspend the use of the service or web shop, we may permanently refuse to allow the service or web shop to be used again, or possibly until we receive a written guarantee from you that there will be no repeated violations of the provisions of this Agreement.

VI – INTERNET SERVICE “Grand.me”

  1. The “Grand” service (with registration for this service) allows you to:

VII – OFFERS

  1. Within our web service, we offer services that are currently available, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at every moment you review and add products/services to the cart.
  2. Services that are not in stock and you order them will not be charged (in case of online payment), and in that case, you will be notified through the status of your cart.
  3. We may use various algorithms to filter and select offers that we believe are suitable and appropriate for display. Our selection is based on our own internal matches and filtering criteria. We will strive, whenever possible, to exclude all subjective factors and views so that the review is in accordance with fair and honest practices and impartial.

VIII – ORDER OF DISPLAY, GROUPING OF PRODUCTS, AND SPECIAL OFFERS

  1. Within our service, services will be offered to you based on different criteria. Criteria may change over time. Some of the criteria are:
    • Display of services by availability;
    • Services can be sorted by type of hotel/room, etc.
  2. We will strive to display products and services based on your selected criteria, but the display itself may depend on sponsored items that may appear in any position. The presentation or ordering of services is done using our algorithms made based on certain assumptions and certain internal considerations. We will make efforts to display services according to your selected criteria, but we do not guarantee that our ranking of all services will always be completely objective. This means we may choose to display certain services that may vary depending on the criteria selected by Grand, based on subjective criteria (sponsored items, etc.).

IX – DELIVERY AND POSSIBLE COMPLAINTS

  1. The “Grand” web shop sends service reservation confirmations to the email address.

X – COMPLAINTS

  1. The customer is obliged to check the reservation confirmation upon receipt and confirm that the selected service and dates are correct.
  2. The complaint period is 24 hours from the time the reservation and payment are made.
  3. The email address for any additional questions regarding complaints is: grand@grand.me
  4. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

XI – PAYMENT

  1. Payment for the service is done online via credit cards with the following limitation: The Grand web shop accepts MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa credit cards that are approved by the issuing bank for online payment.
  2. The payer is responsible for the payment of the product, i.e., the transaction and transfer of funds to Grand LLC.
  3. Using the web shop is free for all visitors to the Grand website. Grand LLC reserves the right to charge for the service in the future for certain services that were previously free. You will always be timely informed of any changes before you are exposed to any cost. In the event of charging for a service in the future, we will ask for such details from you.

XII – PAYMENT CONVERSION STATEMENT

Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.

XIII – CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, applying the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the card processor. At no time are payment card data available to the merchant. 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in the 3D-Secure protection, ensuring purchase security for customers. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL data encryption. PCI DSS Standards – The AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly aligned with all card organization requirements to increase the level of security for merchants and customers. Since 2005, continuously, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, representing the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm defining the necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive card user data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment data is entered at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, and later storage of that data.

XIV – PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to providing protection of customer personal data by collecting only the essential basic information about customers/users necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform customers about the way collected data is used, regularly give customers the choice of how their data is used, including the option to decide whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and only available to employees who need that data to perform online ticket purchases. All our employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the privacy protection principles.

XV – ONLINE PAYMENT

Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payments. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure and Hipotekarna Bank and is done in a secure and certified way through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, simply by entering card data. After entering the card information and confirming the payment, the bank will charge the transaction and thus the service will be approved and paid. Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports online payments.

XVI – REFUND

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with any of the credit cards, partially or in full, for any reason, the refund will be made exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that our bank will process the refund to the card user’s account at our request. The merchant can also process the refund themselves.
